About Bill Jordan Homes

Bill Jordan began developing manufactured home communities for North Carolinians in 1984. He soon teamed up with two partners and formed a developing and financing company named JRS Farms. JRS financed land in Granville and Franklin counties that featured 20 year owner financing and required only a $95.00 down-payment from the buyer. Purchasing land became very appealing and many young couples were given the opportunity to own land without having to qualify for a loan. Since the land buying process was made so simple and inexpensive, these same couples could easily afford to purchase their own manufactured home.

JRS Farms served thousands of satisfied land owners in the Triangle and therefore, continued developing manufactured home communities for 20 years. Unfortunately, it was sometimes necessary for Bill to call lending institutions regarding homes that had been left on the property following a foreclosure. As it turned out, these same lending institutions saw a great oppurtunity and later asked Bill to assist them in selling the repossessed and foreclosed homes. The number of lenders requesting assistance from Bill grew and this principle later evolved into it what's currently known as Bill Jordan Homes.

“For over 20 years, we've been saving thousands of dollars for Do-It-Yourselfers, Families, and Investors in North Carolina!” - Bill Jordan
